For some reason the first thing to come to mind is always "drivel" - specifically definitions #2, 4, 6, and 7 on dictionary.com. That's probably why I'm a bad basketball player. The same thing happens when I hear the word "hey." I hope I'm never standing in a busy street when someone says that to me.
