No, I made that up.

People accusing Obama of being a Socialist don’t know what that word means; they’re just stuck on the McCain/Palin talking points. Colbert rebuked it best a week or two ago when he had the actual Socialist Party presidential candidate on his show.

Anyone who thinks Obama is a Socialist should ask an actual Socialist.

As for moving to Oregon: ok! It’s probably going to happen, but who knows when. I left because there were no jobs for me, so I can’t imagine it’s better now.

Oh Erasure!

Here’s my question (because I think people in love actually do harm the world mainly because I fear human touch for myself and others and everyone should be considerate of my feelings) what is up with this whole “HE’S A SOCIALIST” thing and yet we use taxpayer dollars to float the credit biz? Oh and since when is spreading the wealth a bad thing? And also, maybe it’s time you leave California and move to Oregon. I’m looking for a Kiala trade.

The image of a same-sex union threatens the conservative’s young and impressionable children. Because, according to them, gay is not something you’re born with, it’s a learned trait from watching too many John Waters movies and listening to Tegan and Sarah. Gayness rubs off on people. It’s best to pretend that they don’t exist which is hard when gays are allowed to get married and these impressionable children can see them registering for gifts at Target. Or see them holding hands in a movie theatre with their matching wedding bands.
